Service Description
If you decide on individual cremation, we will carefully transport your pet to Leyland Pet Crematorium, where your pet is cremated separately, ensuring that the ashes returned to you are solely theirs. This option is especially meaningful for pet owners who wish to keep their pet's ashes as a memorial, scatter them in a special place, or use them to create keepsakes. Once the cremation process is complete, your pet's ashes will be delivered by us to your address. Please be aware that the expected turnaround time is approximately 7 days.
Cancellation Policy
📌 To confirm your booking, full payment for the service is required in advance. 📌 Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Any cancellation between 48 hours and 24 hours before of the appointment will be subject to a £100 cancellation fee, with the rest refunded. Any cancellation 24 hours before or less will be subject to a £250 cancellation fee. Our policy ensures that other pets in need can access our services in a timely manner. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon via any channels as soon as possible. We reserve the right to decline providing the service if, following consultation, we determine that euthanasia is not clinically justified and the pet is not suffering from a terminal or untreatable condition. This scenario will be subject to the cancellation fee.
