Clara and Estelle made my beloved Willow's passing as peaceful as possible. I could see that she liked them both as soon as they came into the home. This is the whole point of this service...so you don't have to stress your pet and say goodbye in such a clinical setting at the vet's. They were professional yet friendly throughout, allowing as much time as was needed so we didn't feel rushed. The whole service was faultless, and I chose The Loving Companion as they offered a full service, including taking away and finally bringing my girl home after the cremation.

Making the hardest decision to put are best friend ace to sleep was heartbreaking but Clara and Estelle was definitely the right people to call very professional kind caring let us have time to say goodbye talked us through everything i would highly recommend thanks again

We had to send our Henry over the rainbow.The most beautiful , loyal , softest dog we ever had , very nearly 17 years old.He'de walked miles and miles all over Cumbria , camped , stay in caravans , hotels and spent many a cosy snooze in the pub afterwards.He put up with all our kids and other puppies terrorising him whilst they all grew up .soooo gentle and understanding of them all.The hardest decision to send him over that rainbow , many tears ,guilt and heartache ,sometimes you just know.... its time and you cant help them any more. Estelle and Clara were absolutely amazingly kind and thoughtful and although , a really heartbreaking experience , they were very supportive and went through everything. A huge thankyou to them both and to all you guys out there in the same postion as us, scrolling , jusy looking for someone kind , someone to trust ,to help you to give a calm , sleepy send off , to a pet who is your whole world , go with these two ladies at The loving Companions.We couldnt recommend them enough.

Can not recommend Clara and the team highly enough. They were so compassionate and understanding all the way from first contact to leaving our home. Not at any point did they try to rush us or put any pressure on us. For anyone faced with this hard decision, I can't think of a better way to do it.

When you need to call someone in for a service like this, you hope and pray they know what they're doing. It's a bonus if they're also kind, and bring calming energy. I'm pleased to say that Clara and Estelle were everything you would hope for. They were professional, gentle, calm, quiet and kind. Assertive and confident where they needed to be, and soft and slow at the right moments. They didn't just do the job they came to do, they helped us deal with it by being so supportive and knowledgable, just really masterfully dealing with this delicate situation. As I'm writing this I feel like it might look like a paid review or something, but I can assure you it isn't. I was really struggling with managing the end of life care of our family dog. I was feeling the pressure, the responsibility of it all, it was heavy. It was such a relief when Clara and Estelle arrived because they immediately put me at ease and managed the situation perfectly. They even brought our girl back from the cremation themselves, handing her back to us at our home. In today's day and age you don't see this level of dedication from any small business. It feels like everyone is out for a quick buck, to do the least possible for the maximum profit, but that wasn't the case here. They really do care, and the level of service they provide shows it. Thank you again Clara and Estelle. We'll be recommending you to everyone we know in the area, and you're our first call if we ever need this service again.

We came to the very hard decision to have our beautiful baby put to sleep, we had chose to use Clara & Estelle through all the positive comments we had seen online. They handled a very difficult time for us with kindness and compassion. We can't thank them enough for making one of the hardest times we have faced as a family go so smooth. Our baby girl thanks to them was able to fall asleep surrounded by her family in the place she loved the most her home. Thank you both so much for everything.

At such a difficult time for myself and my husband arranging for the ladies to send our Digby into a peaceful goodbye was very comforting for us the best thing you can do is to give them a peaceful goodbye he just went to sleep , we were able to spend that time with our dog and he was so relaxed he hated going to the vet it stressed him so much I would recommend this goodbye for your pets .

Clara and estelle was amazing and very compassionate with us and our fur baby, from the phone calls to the day they came to my house,nothing was an issue for them even with saying which bits of fur I wanted to keep to changing my mind and wanting the ashes back, they hand delivered my fur baby back to us with her nose and paw prints too,would highly recommend these ladies xx

After lots of searching we rang this amazing company to sadly euthanize my parents beloved dog Charlie, from the first conversation I new they were the people, you could feel the compassion and empathy immediately. They attended my parents home and were so caring towards my distraught parents and gave us all the time in the world to say goodbye. The candle was a beautiful touch also. Charlie was treated with such dignity and love it was overwhelming. Estelle and Clara were 2 angels and as a family we will be forever grateful to their outstanding service and there aren't enough words to express our gratitude. They made a very difficult time peaceful, calm and a moment we will cherish forever. Again thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we hope you continue to get the recognition you truly deserve❤️❤️

Clara and Estelle helped us to say goodbye to our beautiful Lola, who had been by our side for 13 years. We will always remember their care and kindness on such a difficult day, and the whole experience was as easy as it could be thanks to them.
