When my German Shepherd fell ill none of my local vets were able to help due to the time, but Clara from The Loving Companion was able to help us see her off in a sweet way. They supported us through the process, gave us time to say our goodbyes and returned her ashes to us afterwards. Thank you for the people behind this loving company, I couldn't recommend them enough.

My Beagle Brody of 13 years suddenly took a turn for the worst over the Christmas and New Year period. The Loving Companion were able to come out in a matter of hours. They were compassionate and understanding and gave my family all the time we needed to say our final goodbyes. Clara and Estelle were lovely and kept us updated with Brody’s cremation, which they fully handled. It’s something no pet owner wants to go through, but they made the process as painless as possible. Clara and her nurse visited my home to help my beautiful 16 year girl Maisie.It was one of the hardest decisions in my life Clara reassured me it was exactly the right time and this was the last thing I could do for my beautiful girl.The support,love, compassion and dignity that we received was truly wonderful and it was such a peaceful ending.I cannot put into words how much you made the whole process as easy and loving as possible and I will be forever greatful.

We sadly had to say goodbye to our gorgeous companion of 15 years, Bodhi, and we are so pleased to have found Clara and Estelle. Having never made this call before, we really didn’t know what to expect. We were fortunate that on the day we made the difficult decision they were available. The minute they walked into the house there was a sense of relief as we knew we were in the safe hands of extremely compassionate professionals. They were so wonderful with Bodhi - their love of animals shon through. They talked us through the process, were considerate with every detail, giving us the space to say good bye and holding Bodhi as she left us. Sadly last week we had to make the agonizing decision to have our 14yr old Springer Spaniel Milo put to sleep. Thank you to Clara and Estelle for their love and kindness they showed to Milo and to us as a family. What was a very difficult time was done with the utmost love respect and dignity. It was the hardest decision to say goodbye to our beloved girl Coco but Estelle and Clara made it so much more bearable. They were so compassionate, caring and patient. They understand that the people differ in terms of how much information they want about the process, and made sure that we had the detail we needed and no more.
