On the 3rd of February I had to say my last Goodbye to my baby girl Ellie she was 12yrs old and has lived and loved the best life , She was the heart of the family and is dearly missed , the house just isn't the same without her 😢 I knew when the time came I would always have her put to sleep in the comfort and surroundings of her loving home . I found The Loving Companion on Google and gave them a call , from that first call to the end of Ellie's life to bringing her back home to me in a beautiful casket , nose and paw prints that i kiss everyday and a vial of her fur. I cannot Thank Clara and Estelle enough , Their professionalism is off the charts , They made a very sad day so comforting for Ellie, me and my family. They are both so caring, full of empathy , love , dignity and care and their love of animals just shines through ❤️ Thankyou so much Clara &Estelle ❤️❤️

Clara and Estelle/Loving Companions reached far beyond any expectations that we had. From the first phone call, to them returning Rosie's ashes they were considerate and very professional. They made an extremely difficult situation bearable and for that we can't thank them enough. They kept in touch by messaging which made the whole process easier . Our wishes were followed and the box, print and vial that we received with the ashes were all perfect. They do a wonderful job and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks again Angela x

On the 26th of January we had to help our gorgeous boy Apollo over rainbow bridge. We came across The loving companion. Clara and Estelle came to our home, They was simply amazing! Kind, Compassionate. Thoughtful Supportive, From the first phone call to them bringing our boy home everything was explained too us. Every step was in our time, no rushing just patience, We was given space and time although they wasnt far for guidance/ reassurance. To Clara and Estelle We cannot thank you enough for giving our boy a dignified sleepy peaceful send off. Unfortunately i know we will be seeing you again in the future hopefully not for a long while, When that time comes there is no doubt in our minds who we will go to. It’s not easy to say goodbye to our beloved pets but the two girls from loving companion were absolutely amazing and lovely, helping Jabba to pass in his home with all the things he loved around him, thank you both so much

I found the loving companion after having to make the hard decision to put our chow chow chew to sleep. I had booked the appointment in at the vets but it just didn’t feel right. Clara & Estelle were brilliant, professional but so caring and cared for chew just as we wanted right until the end in the comfort of our home. A awful day but not awful memories thanks to the girls. I will always be grateful. Thank you both.

Thank you both so much for helping major at the end of his life. Your compassion and kindness did not go unnoticed. You both are the loveliest people we could have ever imagined to meet. Clara and estelle left a lovely card when dropping off majors ashes which included some lovely words which all the family treasure. also, we recieved a small vial with our dogs hair inside and a framed picture of his nose print and paw print. please call Clara and estelle because they really do make the passing of your fury family member a little more easier and with the dignity and privacy you wouldn't normally receive in a veterinary. Huge thanks to Clara and Estelle. They were wonderful right from the first phone call. Being able to say goodbye to our beloved cat Phoebe at home was what we wanted and they treated us with such care, love and respect. I would highly recommend them.

When it was time to say goodbye to our dog recently we contacted The Loving Companion as we wanted this to be done at home. We made the right choice choosing The Loving Companion - they were so easy to deal with from booking the appointment to the return of the ashes. They were really lovely, took time to ask about our pets background and they explained everything that was going to happen, they gave us time to spend with the little one during the process and the compassion and empathy they showed helped the process; making an heartbreaking moment less traumatic. I would whole heartedly recommend The Loving Companion, professional and caring - offering a calm and serene experience for our dogs last moments that will be forever remembered.

We had to say goodbye to our beautiful Lexi age 12 on 5th January 2026. 12 years of love and loyalty, the best dog we could have ever asked for who grew up with our 2 sons. She was simply the best and never lost the puppy spring in her step even right at the end she gave a fight. We cannot thank Clara & Estelle enough for their care and compassion. Nothing was too much and everything was in our own time, no rush just pure patience. These 2 amazing ladies came highly recommended from my grandparents and uncle after themselves had to go through the same. We will forever be grateful. From the first phonecall to the day you brought Lexi home to us you kept in contact and we felt nothing but love. Thank you so much 💗

From the very first contact, the care and compassion we received was exceptional. During such a painful time, you showed genuine kindness to our whole family. The dignity and respect you gave to Daisy 🐾, even after she had passed, meant more to us than we can express and helped make an unbearable experience feel gentler. We would highly recommend Clara and Estelle from ‘The Loving Companion’ when you have made the very difficult decision to say goodbye to your pet. From the moment we made contact with them, even though very emotionally charged, their personal response, offer of support and reassurance was fantastic. Both ladies do an incredible job in very difficult circumstances. Their professionalism, care, and compassion from start to finish was amazing. Having to let our cat ‘Lucy’ go was heartbreaking but coming to put her to sleep in familiar surroundings without any stress and in such a comforting way was worth it. The personal touches which mean so much - a card, fur and prints show it matters and they really do care. Thank you both again. We really do appreciate you being here with us at this really sad time.
