I sadly had to say goodbye to my beautiful Ruby, my companion of 15 years. She passed at home, in my arms, they way it should be. The ladies from the Loving Companion dealt with my girl on a truly compassionate and dignified manner, and also provided me with the emotional support I needed at that difficult time. I can't thank them enough. They then brought Ruby back to me, I did she'd a tear again but once again they were wonderful and gave me a beautiful card with exceptionally meaningful words. We used The Loving Companion for our dog Rafa and I think it was the best decision we ever made. It meant we could all be with him at home comfortable and just made such an horrendous day that little bit easier. The thought of us all getting our shoes on and going in the car then driving home without him, and with how uncomfortable he was just didn’t feel right. Clara and Estelle were great from the start. Initial contact and updated us regarding arrival times When I have mentioned them to friends etc, hardly anyone knows that this is an available service, so if it does come to the day where you need to make that horrible decision 😢 I highly recommend

Thank you for your compassion and understanding when you visited our family. Our much loved dog, Sam, passed very peacefully at home just as we wanted. Your skill, support and empathy made a very difficult time easier and the card and paw prints for all the family were so thoughtful. We chose a scatter tube for his ashes which we plan to scatter on some of his favourite walks. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your service, which was excellent from start to finish.

Thank you with all my heart to Clara and Estelle. After a difficult decision to let my Staffy pass over the rainbow bridge due to her declining health and age, they came to my home and were so caring and attentive to my Bella. They made a heartbreaking moment so special 🥰

Can't thank Clara and Estelle enough for the dignity and care they showed Mollie when I realised she was so poorly and at the end of her life.Both girls were so caring even with me I had just lost my Dad and my husband in January this year and losing Mollie as well was horrible these two girls are real life Angels they brought Mollie home to me the week after she passed and gave me keepsakes of her hair paw and nose prints in a frame and Mollie was presented in a beautiful keepsake box with her ashes in a scatter box with bluebells on it.These two girls thoroughly deserve 5 stars for their dignity and compassion they showed me and Mollie thank you girls xx

So many huge thank you’s to Clara and Estelle who made an unbearable situation easier. When they arrived at our house everything felt calmer. They are both so kind, understanding, patient and compassionate. They were so supportive. Being at home meant that our dog, Henry was stress free and completely unaware. It was very peaceful. Henry was cremated and Clara and Estelle brought him back home 1 week later. I am so grateful for the service and support they provide.

Can not thank the loving companion enough for the way they took care of my beautiful Ruby. And to personally bring her back home to us. I would highly recommend them. Your care and compassion was shown at every step. Thank you doesn't seem enough.

Loving Companion Clara & Estelle made the hardest thing having to let go of our beautiful girl Georgie (springer spaniel) that bit easier they absolutely made sure Georgie was very relaxed and comfortable and made sure that me & my daughter knew everything that would happen next allowing Georgie to fall asleep on her own sofa where she felt safe and loved. Clara & Estelle was lovely from beginning to end I would definitely recommend loving companion to anybody having to make the hardest decision for their beloved pet . Thank you so much ❤️

Being able to say goodbye to our dog, Luther, in the quiet peace of our home, surrounded by the people who loved him so much was a great comfort to us and probably for him as well. Clara and Estelle are exceptional people. From the moment they arrived we immediately knew we'd found the right people to both help Luther and support us at such a difficult time. Their calm and compassionate approach was appreciated by everyone in the room. If like me, you found them in a search for someone to help your pet, then don't search any further. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
