When we finally had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our beloved Red to sleep, we reached out to the team at The Loving Companion. From the first point of contact until we got our boy Red home again they were simply amazing. At such a tough time they were, compassionate, empathetic and really made such a heartbreaking time a little easier! I highly recommend their services.

Amazing service Clara and Estelle made one of the most hardest things Ive ever done a little easier. Made sure Keet was calm throughout and treated with respect can’t thank them both enough. When I received Keets ashes the little personalised card was lovely touch

The lovely ladies from The Loving Companion came to our home last week to help us give our beautiful 13 year old Labrador the dignified send off she deserved. It was a dreadfully sad day for us but they allowed us to take as much time as we needed, to say our final goodbyes to our beloved Tilly as she lay calm and peaceful in the spring sunshine. We can not thank you enough for the care and kindness that were shown to us at this devastating time for us as a family. We would highly recommend your company. Cannot thank Clara and Estelle enough for their care and kindness on the most heartbreaking of days helping us say goodbye to the best boy. From my initial enquiry, that was responded to so quickly, their home visit to send Oscar over the rainbow bridge, so respectful and empathetic, giving us as much time as we needed, to them bringing him home with a beautiful card and wonderful paw and nose print. When it was time to say goodbye to our first dog Nova we didn’t want to take him to the vets to do it so we arranged for The Loving Companion to come to our home. They were so kind and caring giving us lots of time to say our goodbyes and give our last hugs. They also did paw and nose prints as well as sending us some of his fur. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you fir helping us during this sad time.

The loving companion allowed me to say goodbye to my best friend in a dignified and beautiful way. Not only was the experience made better for me but my little boy Oakley also as he was surrounded by his loved ones and could be passed on peacefully without the stress of going to the vets. Thank you so much to Clara and Estelle for their utmost compassion when we said goodbye to our beloved dog Harvey. From the minute they arrived at our home they helped us with what was the most painful decision and guided us through the process with patience and empathy. They gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. Even when returning his ashes, they did this with sensitivity and understanding. Recently had the horrid decision to put my best friend down, after 18 years by my side it wasn’t an easy decision. Clara and Estelle were great and supportive and helped me realise that this was the best choice for Theodore and my family. They were patient, professional and caring allowing us to say goodbye properly. They took the care Theodore deserved and made this process a lot more tolerable. It must be one the worst jobs I could imagine to witness family’s suffering every day but throughout they where amazing and I knew Theodore was in safe hands. Please give these ladies the respect they deserve when using the service, they are amazing

I would recommend Clara and Estelle to anyone who needs to help their beloved pet pass over the rainbow bridge. It is one of the most difficult decisions any pet owner has to make but the loving companion team made the whole process so peaceful and most importantly respectful. Both respect shown to ourselves as owners and our little dog. Thank you so much to you both for making the hardest of days just that little bit easier.
