Having to make the decision to have my 14 year old dog Harry put to sleep was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do I contacted the loving companion as they were recommended to me by my vet to was so nervous about making the call but instantly felt at ease after speaking to the lovely young woman who was so caring and understanding and she explained everything from how they would take care of Harry and cost and the whole process. It was so difficult on the day and the lovely young women arrived and were so loving and caring and understanding and i was reassured by them both throughout the whole process. My little Harry passed away peacefully on his own little blanket in our home and I was with him the whole time I felt reassured he would be taken care of when he left and he was returned to me days later by the same lovely ladies he was presented to me in a lovely casket with his name on and a framed picture with his paw print 🐾 and nose print and a little bottle with his fur in it was so beautiful. I do miss him so much but unfortunately it was Harry’s time to cross over the rainbow 🌈 bridge and I’m just so grateful that the loving companion were there to look after Harry and offer support through the whole process 🐾🌈❤️ Thanks Martine and Harry ONeill xxx

They was so kind and caring to my akita called tia this morning she had a peaceful send off as hard as it was to do even though im heartbroken and feel lost im glad i asked them to take my dog out of pain she's no longer struggling thanks to these guys thank you! Having to say goodbye to our beloved Fudge was the hardest thing we’ve ever had to do as a family but the ladies at Loving Companion were amazing and incredibly supportive. They helped us say goodbye in our own way and in our home where Fudge had lived with us all of her life. We can’t recommend them highly enough and how they helped us through a very difficult time. When Clara and Estelle brought her ashes home to us it was done in a very respectful and thoughtful way , highly recommend them as everything was so thoughtful , respectful and very dignified , Thank you The Loving Companion you are amazing Ladies ❤️Xxx

Estelle and Clara were a mountain of support when it was time to say goodbye to my lurcher, Mani. Their care and compassion started from the moment I made the appointment. I can't thank them enough for ensuring Mani had the most calm and peaceful passing.

We contacted Clara following our vets recommendation as we knew that we wanted Riley to spend his last moments at home. Clara and Estelle were both so compassionate and gave us time and space to say goodbye. Although a very sad time, it was such a comfort knowing that Riley was ah home sat on our knee having a cuddle. Clara made the process easy regarding arrangements and preparing us for what would happen. We are so grateful to them and would definately recommend Thank you - Riley and Baybutt family

The whole experience was made as smooth and as stress free as could be possible under very sad circumstances. The ladies were lovely and very sincere in sharing our sadness and we will definitely use them again if we needed to.

Being able to say goodbye to my precious little boy Jack at home with compassion and dignity meant the world to me. Thank you Estelle and Clara, Jack is running free from his pain and thank you for supporting his humans.

In one of the hardest moments I had to do with my Annie but I was so reassured with the girls at the loving compainion. I liked that I could WhatsApp rather than ring as I felt more comfortable doing this because I was so upset so found using the WhatsApp helped me. The girls who came was amazing they looked after my Annie with great care and love. They was such nice down to earth girls I can’t fault them in anyway. They give me all the information I needed in a nice friendly manner told me step by step the process and took such good care of my Annie and showed care towards me during such a hard time. Big thank you to Clara and Estelle ❤️ you both are amazing. My Annie took her angel wings on the 22.6.2026 such a hard time but with the love and care from the girls at the living companion made the process more comfortable. I would 100% recommend this amazing team to anyone who will be going through this horrible hard time with their fur babies the loving companion will always have a special place in our hearts 💕 thank you Clara and Estelle ❤️

When my best friend Bracken could no longer walk I made the decision to relieve him of his suffering. I wanted him to cross the bridge in comfort and amongst people who loved him. The Loving Companion were very helpful and made his journey one of love and compassion. They were wonderful in everything they did and gave us as much time as we needed to grieve. I can’t recommend them enough.

I cant express how greatful I am for the 2 girls who came out to help my best friend cross the rainbow bridge, they had so much compassion and understanding on 1 of the hardest days of our lives, they comforted me an talked me through every step. I cannot recommend them enough, I want to thank them so much they where in constant communication and brought our big guy home in a beautiful box, with his nose & paw print along with his fur. Again they where amazing and I would highly recommend using them in the sad occasion you would need there service.

We had our baby boy Casper for 16 wonderful years. When his health deteriorated we knew it was time to let him go. The Loving Companion was so kind and compassionate they gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our beautiful boy at home where he felt comfortable and loved. We cannot thank them enough for all their kindness. Would definitely recommend. We have another fur baby and when her time comes we will be using them again . Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
