Using The Loving Companion to put my old cat, Ted, to sleep at home was absolutely the right decision. After having made the difficult and very sad decision, I rang Estelle and Clara. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and were both very supportive of me, as I was a bit of an emotional mess. Most importantly, they were very caring and kind to my old boy, who went to sleep peacefully in his own surroundings with as little stress as possible. Barney meant so much to us. I'll always look down the garden and see him in my minds eye under his favourite tree, keeping watch. And that was where we were able to let him fall asleep...peacefully, calmly. The care from Clara and team was beautiful and much appreciated.
