I can not thank you both enough for helping us through one of the worst times we have ever had. Making a decision to help our Dolly rest was so heartbreaking, but you both made us feel so comfortable. Our old girl Dolly was at home in her own surroundings with all who cared and loved her. This has to be the most calm and peaceful experience for a heartbreaking situation, and we thank you both so much. I will cherish the memories you allowed us ♥️

First of all Thank You ❤️🐶 Two of the kindest, most professional woman I have ever met. I contacted my beloved companion 2 days before having Ella my dog put to sleep. The process was simple and compassionate. Ella was 16 years old, we had spent everyday together. She was my best friend, my soul mate, my everything. This was by far the hardest day of my life. Estelle and Clara came in and the first thing they did was get down and say hello to Ella who was on her bed in the living room. The whole process was just as perfect as it could be. To have the option to give my little girl the end of life she deserved was everything and more to me and my partner. She loved her home and it was only right she was here. These ladies are angels and anyone thinking of using their services, don’t think, just book them and trust them. The support they gave me personally was above and beyond. For anyone else in the position I was planning your best friend’s end of life…..I have found so much peace knowing she was at home and comfortable and knowing she’s no longer suffering 🪽 Ella is home now and even that was emotional, both Estelle and Clara came to my door with her and that meant so much. The care and love they show is credited. Thank you so much for everything, I will be forever grateful 🐶❤️🐾

Estelle and Clara were amazing for the passing of our boy. They were so quick to help and easy to speak with. They both show the upmost compassion and love through such a hard time. Everything was even more peaceful than what we could have asked for. Thank you both ❤️

I highly recommend Estelle & Clara. It was time to say goodbye to my beautiful old boy Austin. The thought of driving him to a vet & the trauma that would cause him was too much to even consider. Estelle and Clara came to my home & couldn’t have been any more supportive during the time that every loving pet owner dreads. They were so kind and respectful , explained the process & gave us as much time as we needed . They treated Austin so gently & I will always be grateful that he was able to have a peaceful send off at home with his little family. The paw prints were such a beautiful & personal touch. I recommend this service so much , I can’t imagine how hard it would have been taking him to a vet, then driving home without him. Thank you both so much , you are providing a special service for people & you are both wonderful kind women making the worst time that little bit easier 🐾🤍

We couldn’t have chosen a better service to help us in this sad time, they were considerate of our feelings at all times and gave us as much time as we needed with our dog. We would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of booking with them. Also when they returned our beloved dogs ashes, we never expected how beautiful they would come back to us, and gave us free nose prints and paw prints and locks of his fur. Thankyou so much you made this so much easier for us.

These amazing ladies came into our home with empathy and respect as we said goodbye to our beautiful boy Ralph. From initial communication to them bringing his ashes home to us, they were friendly, compassionate and caring every step of the way. I can't recommend them highly enough to others who are in need of their services.

Having had the shock of discovering my little 13yr old Burmese cat had irreversible kidney failure with a very poor prognosis, I wanted to have plans in place to be able to minimise any stress, suffering or misery that may be heading our way. Hoping to avoid having to make ‘that’ appointment at the vets I contacted Estelle, she was so very helpful and supportive. It was very reassuring to me that there was help and advice available for us during this very stressful and sad time. It meant so much to me that Coco passed very peacefully at home when the time was right. The kindness, calmness and compassion shown by Clara (and Sarah) made everything much less stressful than I had been anticipating. Thank you so much ladies.

Saying goodbye to Minnie was heart breaking, Clara, Estelle & Sarah are lovely people they made our beloved dogs passing, dignified and peaceful. It was comforting, seamless, professional and most of all dignified. No rush and lovely little touches like the lighting of a candle and impressions of her nose and paws. Nothing has been too much trouble this past 2 days, they have been at the end of the phone to ease our minds and answered all our questions. For us it was about Minnie being in her own surroundings and settled, Loving Companions did this for her. Thank you, all our love 💕

I have only good things to say about Clara and Estelle. These two lovely ladies allowed for the most perfectly peaceful passing of our beautiful baby boy, Benji. Extremely professional, but above all else, personable, compassionate, kind and understanding. It all occurred in our own time, and my family felt in control and close as we wanted to be to our Benji as he peacefully drifted off with their guidance. I am so very grateful for the service they provide, and they are the perfect for it. To anyone considering, I would strongly recommend, well worth it. Thank you both, for the second time.
